Fredrik Robertsson launches summer dessert at Bonnie’s - in support of Regnbågsfonden

“I’m incredibly proud to work with a hotel that publicly wants to and dares to show its support for the LGBTQ+ community. Being given the honor of putting my personal touch and design on Bank Hotel’s iconic dessert in support of Regnbågsfonden feels both deeply meaningful and important. Every guest should know: when you order this dessert, 70 SEK goes directly to people who need all the support they can get,”
says Fredrik Robertsson.

For every dessert sold, a total of SEK 70 is donated to Regnbågsfonden – SEK 35 from the guest and SEK 35 from Bank Hotel. Guests may also contribute any amount via QR code in the restaurant.
The initiative launches in connection with Pride season and will be available throughout the summer, until 31 August.
