We are proud to share that Le Hibou has been recognised with two major awards at the 15th annual Bartenders’ Choice Awards Gala, one of the most respected celebrations in the Nordic bar industry.
Le Hibou won “Best Cocktail Bar” and “Best Cocktail Menu” for its innovative and highly praised menu, Perspectives.
Launched in November 2024, Perspectives features 14 original cocktails. Each chapter highlights a single ingredient, interpreted in two unique ways. Inspired by selected ingredients and brought to life through detailed illustrations, the menu reflects Le Hibou’s thoughtful and creative approach to modern cocktail craft.
These awards are a clear sign of the team’s passion, skill, and dedication to giving guests a world-class cocktail experience.
