What are the check-in and check-out times at Bank Hotel?
Our check-in time is 15:00, and check-out is at 12:00.

How can I get to Bank Hotel from Arlanda Airport?
You can reach us by taxi (approx. 40 minutes), by Arlanda Express train to Stockholm Central Station (then a 10-minute walk or short taxi ride), or by private car transfer.

Does Bank Hotel offer airport transfers?
Yes, we can arrange private airport transfers for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to book.

What are the parking options at Bank Hotel?
We offer valet parking in a private, supervised garage. The price is 1,015 SEK per day, or 1,415 SEK per day for chargeable parking. Please note that the garage has a height limit of 1.9 meters.

Does Bank Hotel have electric vehicle charging stations?
We do not have public EV charging stations on property. However, EV charging is possible through our valet service upon request.

When did Bank Hotel open, and what did the building used to be?
Bank Hotel is located in a historic building constructed in 1910, originally built as a bank. We have carefully renovated and transformed it into a contemporary boutique hotel while preserving its heritage.

Does Bank Hotel allow pets?
We do not allow pets. We allow service dogs, and documentation for the service dog is required to show at check-in.

Does Bank Hotel have any twin-bed rooms?
All our rooms feature one queen or king size bed. An extra bed can be added in some of our room categories, for an additional fee and subject to availability.

Do you offer extra beds or baby cots?
Yes, we can provide baby cots and extra beds in some rooms. Please request in advance, as availability is limited. Kindly note that extra beds is at an additional fee.

Are connecting rooms available?
Yes, connecting rooms are available upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Can you smoke inside Bank Hotel?
Bank Hotel is a non-smoking property. If smoking occurs in a room, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee and any other loss of revenue due to smoking.

Are there accessible rooms or facilities?
Yes, we provide accessible rooms and facilities. Please contact us in advance to ensure your requirements are met.

Does Bank Hotel have a rooftop terrace?
Yes. We offer Le Hibou, our rooftop bar with outdoor terraces and panoramic views of Stockholm.

What restaurants does Bank Hotel have?
Our main restaurant, Bonnie’s, is located in the former bank hall under a spectacular glass ceiling. Our cocktail bar, Papillon, also serves an all-day food menu.

Does the hotel have a gym or spa facilities?
We have an on-site gym, available 24/7. We do not have an on-site spa, but we can recommend spa facilities within walking distance to the hotel.
