New Name, New Menu: Bonnie’s at Bank Hotel Launches Brunch at Bonnie’s

2026-01-30

Bonnie’s at Bank Hotel is introducing a new brunch experience: Brunch at Bonnie’s. Every weekend, Bonnie’s invites guests to enjoy a modern, elegant brunch rooted in French cuisine.

Brunch at Bonnie’s features a carefully curated à la carte menu, where classic flavours are reimagined in contemporary form through dishes such as Ratatouille “Shakshuka,” Tomato Tartlette, French Fried Chicken, and Avocado Croissant. A bagel station with a selection of toppings is also available, along with a dessert buffet to provide a sweet finish to the brunch.

It feels truly exciting to offer a brunch that reflects Bonnie’s love of French cuisine. Brunch at Bonnie’s is our modern interpretation of classic brunch dishes, and we look forward to finally welcoming guests to the new concept.” says Fanny Rönnblom, Head Chef at Bonnie’s.

The brunch includes two dishes of choice from the à la carte menu, access to the bagel station and dessert buffet, and the option to add additional dishes from the menu. Once seated, guests are also served a glass of champagne or a non-alcoholic alternative. The brunch is inspired by French cuisine, known for simple yet carefully prepared dishes where the ingredients take centre stage. Brunch at Bonnie’s is no exception, with dishes prepared using seasonal ingredients and balanced flavours.

Brunch at Bonnie’s is served every weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 11:30 to 15:30.
