We are delighted to share that Le Hibou has received two prestigious nominations in this year’s Bartenders Choice Awards. The bar is nominated in the categories of “Best Cocktail Bar” and “Best Cocktail Menu” for their innovative menu Perspectives.
The menu Perspectives was launched in November and features 14 unique cocktails, with each section highlighting a specific ingredient through two different interpretations. Inspired by nature and detailed illustrations, Perspectives invites guests on a flavor journey where the diversity and character of the ingredients take center stage.
The Bartenders Choice Awards are one of the most respected accolades in the Nordic bar scene, with over 500 industry professionals participating in the voting process. Since its inception in 2010, the BCA has been a hallmark of excellence in Sweden and beyond.
