Earlier this year, Le Hibou at Bank Hotel was named both “Best Cocktail Bar” and “Best Cocktail Menu” at the Bartenders’ Choice Awards, a double win that highlighted the bar’s creative strength. Their acclaimed menu Perspectives has now been given a completely new winter interpretation: “Perspectives of Winter”, consisting of 14 innovative cocktails with bold flavors and the best seasonal ingredients.
The new menu follows the same core idea as the original. Each spread highlights one main ingredient presented in two different expressions. Using the same fresh ingredient as a starting point, the rooftop team creates a pair of drinks where the longer drink has a fresher profile, while the shorter drink offers depth and intensity. Together, the two interpretations form a flavor dialogue that allows the ingredient’s full potential to emerge.
Winter Perspectives is the second edition of the concept and draws inspiration from the characteristic palette of winter. It includes ingredients such as grapefruit, apple, plum and fig, all carefully selected to reflect the elegance of the season. The ambition is to capture the contrasts of winter, from bright, crisp notes to the darker, warming nuances that define this time of year.
Perspectives of Winter is therefore both a continuation and a renewal of Le Hibou’s award-winning concept. It is a menu where craftsmanship, creativity and ingredients are at the center, and where winter is given a voice in every glass.
