Our fantastic rooftop bar, Le Hibou, created the award-winning cocktail Hoot Hoot, which today serves as a signature for the entire Bank Hotel. The cocktail consists of Bacardi 8, Naked Malt, ginger, apple, honey, and lemon. Hoot Hoot is facing another nomination for the year’s best signature cocktail at the Bartenders’ Choice Awards. Our wonderful signature cocktail is a must-try when you visit us.
