Rooms and suites
Hotel Vilòn offers a range of unique and exclusive suites. Some have charming private terraces overlooking the gardens of Palazzo Borghese, and others have a bohemian touch. Their newest addition is the Suite dell’Arancio.
With a unique view of authentic Roman life, the suite features a separate living room with a comfortable sitting area, refined hardwood floors, a dreamy walk-in closet, and a king-size bed. The suite also has two marble bathrooms, one with a rain shower and the other with a dreamy jacuzzi bathtub.
The restaurant
The restaurant and bar lounge, Adelaide Restaurant & In Salotto, named after Princess Borghese, exudes timeless elegance and warmth, symbolizing Italian hospitality. Here, a sophisticated atmosphere meets exquisite Mediterranean cuisine created by Executive Chef Gabriele Muro.
His dishes capture authentic Italian flavors and traditional Roman influences with a modern twist. In addition to the elegant and cozy dining room, there is a lush outdoor terrace – a bohemian oasis for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and “al fresco” drinks.
