Bonnie’s summer menu is here, vibrant, elegant, and full of seasonal favourites. Start with classics like our farmhouse pâté or the refreshing cucumber and buttermilk soup with grilled scallop, smetana, and trout roe. For mains, we’re serving grilled tuna with wild garlic mayo and green asparagus, seabass with browned chili butter and pickled jalapeño, or veal entrecôte with red wine sauce and fries.
Try the creamy pasta al limone with burrata, sage, and almonds, or the beloved Bank tartares, served straight from the kitchen all summer long.
For dessert, our chocolate mousse has had a seasonal makeover, now topped with strawberries and toasted white chocolate. The iconic Smash the Piggy Bank remains, updated throughout the summer.
