The SLH Award Winners are announced annually, with several categories included. Previous winners of the City Hotel of the Year award have included The Norman Tel Aviv in Israel. Our Hotel Manager, Lisa Lindwall, received the award at the Small Luxury Hotels gala in Marbella this december.

Bank Hotel was originally built in 1910 as the head office of the Södra Sverige Banking company. It was designed by architect Thor Thorén, who combined elements of art-deco extravagance with traditional features expected of a bank’s headquarters to create a bold, modern interpretation of a renaissance palace. This history was brought to life when Bank Hotel opened in 2018.
